Family Constellations Workshop (Saturday, Oct 3rd in Orlando, FL)

Family Constellations is an experiential therapeutic workshop that uncovers hidden ancestral patterns, unconscious traumas, and family entanglements in a safe space. It will help you get a hold of your life and destiny by releasing any subconscious loyalties that may be holding you back.

This in-person Family Constellations Workshop is taking place at Spiral Circle Bookstore in Orlando, FL on Saturday, October 3rd from 1pm-5pm.

Make sure to bring a journal and pen to write any insights, and water to hydrate. This workshop can take 3-4 hours so feel free to bring a snack as well! There will be a quick sound bath meditation at the end to help integrate and close the session.
