I have always wanted to help others heal in different capacities. When I was younger, I envisioned myself helping others within the medical field. I worked as a medical assistant, as a coordinator for patient care, and later I found myself working within the administrative side of healthcare to help providers have the tools necessary to reach more patients. During this phase of my life, I acquired a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences, but I also had a minor in Classics – where I studied ancient Greek and Roman histories.

What happened next is that my passion for helping others shifted to that of self-improvement and psychology. I immersed myself in books and trauma-informed courses. In the midst of it all, I found a connection to a different form of relating with Spirit and faith. I explored other methods of healing that were energy based and body-focused such as Reiki healing, Shamanic practices, womb work, and body work amongst many things. Because there was always a part of me that was fascinated with mythology (specifically Greek and Roman mythologies), I was led to some beautiful paths and different avenues such as the studies of mythopoetic astrology, psychology-informed astrology, and how myths and stories are reflections of our psychology and our collective unconscious.

This passion and curiosity for the fields of self-improvement, psychology, spirituality, and mythologies have grown within me so much so that I am currently undergoing an M.A. in East-West Psychology, which brings ancient wisdom traditions around the world and Western psychology into one conversation. This is the thread that runs through everything I offer.

I have found with my scientific and spiritual knowledge that I am a bridge between the logical and the spiritual, the magical and the mundane. Clients often tell me a card reading [and other services with me] feel like leaving a therapy session, because I bring a psychologically informed lens to everything I do. 

Over the past several years I've trained in Reiki, chakra and energy healing, astrology, shamanic and womb wisdom traditions, death doula care, and birth doula care. In 2024 I trained as a Family Constellations facilitator. Today my offerings are card readings, one-on-one and group Family Constellations, spiritual guidance sessions and womb healing sessions.

I believe every chapter of your story is necessary, and acceptance is where your power and sovereignty begin. I won't help you "release" what happened. I'll help you understand it, honor it, and walk forward with it.
